We sadly enough fail to diagnose the root cause of rampant corruptions : economic, ,social, moral, religious, political, judicial, educational, defence and delivery of governance at all levels; domestic and otherwise. It did exist in the past and shall stay alive in future . No law of the land will succeed in eliminating it. If this be a knee deep, below average ( 49%) ,we may survive, if this be neck deep, it is doomed to decay /sink .Please our democracy is on way to ruin. It has already reached its life expectancy.

 The seed of corruption or any social evils are sown  in the vanities of life; out doing someone who is gaining equation or excels with us in matter of wealth, luxury, education, passion for reputation and status(show off)and stylish presentation in day to day life.

 May I cite a statement quoted by one popularly known as Malik a well known Islamic scholar, the sayings of Prophet Mohammad (BPUH).“Those two hungry wolves, if let lose in the flock of goats/sheep ,can not cause so much damage and destructions  to them as the  greed to have more wealth and  will to become legends in the public (desire for attaining reputation )to the creed of man.”

Why do I not endorse the moves of Annaji and his team with respect to their battle against the rampant corruptions in this country? I have reasons to decry their attitudes, strategy, mode of addressing the issues, use of sub standard language and pig-headedness on their part. Read their some of the following statements:

Are these oft repeated statements coming from matured thinkers? Are they the only one guardian of morals in Indian Society? A.B.Vardhan was the only politician from West Bengal to question if they were the only repository of wisdom in this 121 billion of population?

He and his team are not aware that the democracy has   some fundamental salient features: The issues in democratic form of Government are churned, floated and discussed. The decisions are delayed due this .Here the politicians, executives and scholars put their heads together to reach a coconscious. The heads are not dashed against heads as done by Anna and his courtiers. The coercion and counter threats are order of the day in their strategy since they began their agitation. The reign and administration of the federal government have suffered on account of their unabated and undue hue and cry. They have refused to learn anything worthwhile from the law of the land and law of the Creator of their universe. First sperm sails in to ovum and remains dormant for a fixed period of time in the ovum a woman. In brief the gestation period is spread for about nine months and a baby is born. He attains puberty after attaining 12 years of age .He grows as an adult only at the age of 21 years.

All were tutored to say Namaskar to the former with rhetoric. Pundit ji what is this ? He replied it was a cow .The first disciple stated ,”Pundit ji, you are fool. It is not a cow but a donkey. He went ahead without believing him and he met another person who said namaskar to him. He too asked the same question. He got the same reply that it was a cow. This man laughed at him and said that it was a donkey, not a cow. He stopped for a moment and thoroughly examined his cow and insisted that it was a cow. He met a third person on his way, he too paid tribute to him and asked what was there in his possession. He replied it was a cow. He made a mockery of this priest and told him that it was not cow but donkey .The priest started rethinking about their repeated remarks but continued to justify that his gift was genuine cow. He met many more in the way and all of them would say that was not a cow but donkey. Ultimately the Brahmin priest was convinced that it was a donkey .He drove away this cow. He was made to believe that his clients had cheated him .That is how the truth is these converted in to lie and all of us come to believe it .The f media to increase their TRP are indulging in all shots of gossips mongering. India is not as bad it is being projected  spread . Man Mohan Singh Government is not donkey government but all have join hands to spread canard similar to one cited above. Thee are of course some genuine cases.

Let all of examine our everyday life , contacts with people, dealings in business, travelling in buses ,trains and planes to know if Indians are  really corrupts and have cheated us.

Hundreds of Fleets of hundreds of trucks and tractors loaded with tonnes of potatoes harvested by the Punjab farmers from their fields were brought to Jallundher city and unloaded to scatter them all over the national highways followed by cruel crushing of the celebrated edible used in our daily meals in various forms of by them in full view of public under the four wheels of their vehicles rendering them beyond recognition by  none but  the producers.

The bumper crop this year yielded no profit to them .So what if the farmers could not get reasonable return of their produce. Instead of thanking to almighty for giving such heavy harvest in this season, they resorted to such mean inhuman steps to draw the attention of their government to offer them support prices. There was another way out .They could have come forward to donate it to the poor states for the consumption of poverty stricken masses thee in to alleviate them from soaring vegetable prices.

By doing so they invited the wrath of Wahe guru and displeasure of good thinking citizens. This conduct on their part is unbecoming of Indian farmers. It is an irony that for every loss :life ,drought ,disasters, calamities ,accidents we rush to beg the Government. Let us see if the government will with stand such wants in future..

Anna Hazare may be the Anna Data of his supporters. To me he, his lieutenant Kejriwal and the poet from some college are Bhagoras (absconders). Rudra Pratap Rudi went one step ahead and openly charged the ruling government that it is misusing CBI to intimidate Jagan and Reddy Brothers ,the Mine Barons. They declared that CBI is working at the behest of Government. If that is the case what stops them from bringing a bill to do away this institution!  Is  he not insulting High court which  constituted the CBI enquiry against them. Until recently they organised dharna , called strikes and agitation against the price rise (onion etc.) How many seats did they won in the concluded election? I appeal  the apex court to file cases sue motto  against such people unless they prove it.

We are told to cover the sins of others .He hides our wickedness. Alas! We are fond of disclosing the sins of fellow being.

One of the divine attributes have always been the strength of  one possessing the courage of  forgiving to the erring fellow being which of late is disappearing fast .We don’t even think of forgiving to our family members, parents, relatives  and vice versa and are quick to apply the revenge formulae at the earliest. As a result one notices rampant vendetta in all sphere of life. Where as the crux of our life has been the inculcation of righteousness in us. This if expanded may include: virtue, morality, decency, justice, uprightness, rectitude and honesty.

Forgiveness, among other attributes is a weapon which transforms the forgiver and the forgiven. All the great persons have had this virtue in them. The followers of Islam are ordained to race for this .The rewards in lieu of their forgiveness is a Garden (heaven) whose width is that of the whole of the heavens and of the earth(verse :133 of Surah Al – imran). You may see and understand the following verses:

133.Be quick in the race

For forgiveness from your Lord

And for a garden whose width

Is that of (the whole?)

Of the heavens

And of the earth

Prepared for the righteous.-

134. Those who spend (freely)

Whether in prosperity

For Allah loves those

Who do good:-

And those having done an act of indecency

Or wronged their own souls.

Remember Allah

And ask for forgiveness

For their sins;

And who can forgive?

Sins except Allah?-

And are never obstinate

In persisting knowingly

In (wrong) they have done.

For such the reward

Is forgiveness from their Lord

And gardens with rivers

Flowing underneath,-

An eternal dwelling:

How excellent a recompense

It is shocking to see that the present government is scared of this crowd and the shepherds (for fear of losing their vote bank) which were in doldrums and disappointed yesterday are dictating their terms and conditions. The decision carried by such compulsions is always off the target.

 The offices raid their junior officers on flimsy ground to collect hand some money to meet their festival/monthly demand of cabinet ministers in the state who in turn fill the pockets of their bosses. How one can expect justice in the states. This is one story of a coin of corruption.

Posting at the choicest places and promotion by the officers of all categories is another form of vice. This practice is carried out on an auction basis .This is a common agony of middle class. Can Anna stop this evil?

A short while ago I was listening to BBC Hindi Service 1930(23/4/2011). A topic ;Should the persons giving bribe be exempted from the purview of judicial scrutiny or punishment (legalised)as suggested by your Financial Advisor Shri Keshava ? I can now understand the quality of people around you. I do not know his educational back ground. It is not known which family back ground he comes from. Has he some experience of living with very common Indians and know their day to day miseries in the delivery of administration /justice? His suggestion is outrageous. Kindly remove him from your proximity. One can deduce his quality of experience from this rubbish suggestion .Such persons do deserve flogging in public.

Take for example: A beats B seriously breaking his chin .B goes to lodge FIR for which he bribes the department. A approaches the same department to ignore his complaint and bribes it. A contacts the investigating agency and bribes it to get its favourable report. A and B are giver of the bribe. Does he mean to legalise it.

The problem is not Bribe taking vs Bribe giving .The problem is non delivery of their jobs and not performing their duties for which they are handsomely paid. Sixth pay commission thought its recommendation to enhance the Babus salary would considerably bring down the practice of grafting. Why are not they questioned for non compliance of letters and punished for not expediting their assignments .Why is there no record for day to assignments and follow up action ?Why are not assignments are not allotted by the superiors. The offices are doing their work very casually. Make it punishable if they have not bothered to complete their works. Why it is not made compulsory to reply correspondence of any nature for which they are not held accountable. Bring it in the purview of RTI.

The same quality of conduct is being witnessed among most of the  correspondents employed by the T.V Channels these days. For example: Mr. Digvijai Sing has stated this this............The correspondents rush to Justice Hegde . What have you  to say about it.? They again run to Digvijay Singh and enquire what is his reaction about Hegdes statement ? They go back to Mr. Amar Singh, the wounded Rajput, enquiring what he has to say about the genuineness of the CD now. He says a political class is being targeted by the civil society. It is intolerable. The correspondents rush back to the civil society members and shoot a question what they have to say in reaction to Amar’s statement? The civil society members say that they will continue their campaign against corruptions. They again go to Amar singh to know his reaction. This circus goes on unabated. Such conducts are witnessed day and night .Are these not cheap conduct of cheap minds that is of  FUHADS/KUTNI in Indian society. Is this really class journalism?

There are 121 billions Indians leave alone children, how many of them have ever oriented their children towards clean life. This is good opportune that a mini revolution against corruption is in the offing under the banner of Annahazare .Those corrupts are fundamentally the immoral .Leading good life demands good philosophy of conduct: God fearing and faith that they shall have to give an account of their deeds in the hereafter and also the fear of being punished by the Government agencies. Governments have miserably failed so far as their delivery of justice is concerned.

Are we really morals? Are our religious places and worshiping centres clean? Are all our central and state government departments working honestly? Are our farmers, milkmen, grocers and sweat merchants giving us unadulterated products? Not  a single villager so called birth place of honest is without encroaching the land of neighbour. Are our students not copying in their exams? Are our colleges and universities giving appointments to genuine degree holders?

The corrupt practices offer better living and giving standards. It offers reputation and luxury. The corruption is life blood of our people. They cannot live without this intoxicating drug. This is a gin in the bottle which will never come out .

I know a teacher who has not been to her class for the last 25 years as her strength is her husband is working as a clerk in the DC office at Tata nagar. He comes in the morning and begins  the day with  bundle of notes. Head mistress has no girds to reprimand her to take classes. The poor students: sons of labourers and rickshaw walas cannot do anything. The whole society is rotten with few exceptions. We cannot find satisfaction unless we offer bribes even if being given assurance by the desk to   expedite it. In a situation like this God knows what relief will this lokpal bill bring to the people.

May the politicians of our country give some serious thoughts over the points rightly raised by you in your Editorial (Our MPs and their VIP syndrome)6^th March 2011 Deccan Chronicle Hyderabad only to save the democracy which is under  pressure due to their irresponsible and undemocratic behaviour without weighing the pros and cons of their uncontrolled conduct. Their tendency to keep themselves above the general public is now vey common. One cannot see them in buses ,trains and other  transport services. This VIP syndrome is so strong these days it appears as if the cycle of maturity of Indian democracy is complete and dictatorship is in the making .We are fed up from the way they are running the county .Middle East like public resentment is brewing .The way they are celebrating their sons and daughters marriages and wealth being spent has never been experienced in the past .This is also a part of their VIP Syndrome. It shall be witnessing collapse once the judicial systems also comes to halt .This is already put on artificial oxygen.  The bureaucrats have given impetus to this syndrome. They are like rats which have built their havens underneath the grownup crops and they eat it before it attains the harvesting glory.  Our PM is a lone crusader. There are three primal physical needs of man which are apt to make him greedy. There is a fourth greed in society, the greed of wealth and property. Two more subtle forms of greed are-uses of one’s own property for corrupting others-judges or those in authority so as to obtain some material gain even under the cover of protection of the law.

The unabated news of scandals: 2 G Spectrum, S G Spectrum, Common Wealth Game scam, Adarsh Housing Society scam etc. point towards this greed. In this race all irrespective of communitys mostly importantly legal fraternity among Muslim and those prosperous among them need to examine the following verse number 188 of Surat Albaqarah which declares:

And do not eat up

Your property among yourself

For vanities, nor use it

As bait for the judges,

With intent that ye may

Eat up wrongfully and knowingly a little of (others) people’s property.

There is hardly anyone who does not have faith in Him; the Creator and Sustainer of  the universe. Majority of us hasten to declare that right or wrong, destructive o destined misfortune are due to Him. This belief never confirms to His attributes. The scripture-Holy Quran in surat-ul Ash-Shura .verse 30 states:

 “What ever misfortune

Happens to you, is because

Of the things  you hands

Have wrought, and for many

 (A sin)He grants forgiveness.

A Verse with similar message states that whatever good is happening to us is due to Him and what eve evil is taking place is due ourselves(NAFS).It is therefore wise on our part to introspect and  analyse  our good and evil deeds(happenings of either natures )in light of these verses. These days it is easier for one to blame the other for one’s own doings. And take the credit of doing favour to his fellow being and hang on for taking recognition for which he is hardly responsible.Precious time ,energy ,peace of family and office life is lost in this very common brawl.

The BJP always finds itself in devil and deep sea. Its historicity of fruition from Hindu Mahasabha in the pre independent India, Jansangh in the post Independent Bharat and later to Bhartiya Janta Pary lead one to believe that this party has yet to find its identity and is in political dilemma. Whereas the political as well as social strength  is the multicultural recognition and respect to the population of this of this country .There can be division in the mains but splitting ups within subs is not possible.

 BJPs fundamental political manoevours centre on its core Hiduduttva philosophy . It is this pseudo political faith which has thrown it out of major political gains. Its alliance with some of the emerging forces is nothing but forum to have an easy access in the fulfilment of its  agenda by way of planting its men in various sectors. It is a means to an end of this philosophy. It has yet to find inroads in the alleys  of the Muslim .The two to three brigadiers: Shah nawaz in the east, Naqwi in the north and Najma heptullah s in the centre are its coverts hoardings.

The recent Tringga Yatra was a yaatra in search of.....This yatra made mockery of the tri colour held aloft by them and tossed between them and the Indian forces. Now this tringga has been reduced to political business and mockery. They have not only annoyed ninety percent population of Jammu and Kashmir but derailed the peace process initiated recently by the Government of which Sushma Swaraj and Arun jayaetly were the members.

One could have appreciated if they had any plan to enter the part occupied by Pakistan which Advavi and his brigade never succeeded to implement. One would have admired their nationalism, had they organised March to hoist this flag in the territory (5000 square miles) occupied in 1962 by China. Their nationalism is confined to few pockets. The new generation of their party is not made aware of this truth. BJP cadres can fight with their friends but dare not engaging the enemies of the nation. Where is the khaki Parade of RSS here?

The decision of Andhra Pradesh Minister for Higher Education to abolish ongoing study and offering of Doctoral thesis by various universities in the state through Distance Education net work is an excellent decision though late enough. This policy allowed easy access to all and sundry .Although this facility has improved the graph of production of undergraduates, graduates ,post graduates and doctoral degree holders yet the quality  of education is not only  the worst but obtained fraudulently. The university grant commission is fully responsible for the demand of candidates in this market as one of conditions to hold Doctorate in the respective field for their jobs as lecturers and so on. Its definition of merit in the sixties basing it on marks and refining the same later in terms of marks cum doctorate  opened the flood gate of such corruption. Who so ever had mooted this philosophy of introducing facility can now see the aftermath of their doctrine.

 The mush room growths of colleges more so in this state which went ahead to recruit such candidates to run their colleges, obtain recognition and affiliations added fuel to the fire.  This inclination is not confined to Andhra Pradesh  alone .Some of the universities in  Uttar Pradesh (regular)to name one of them-  Agra and its various departments began  writing doctoral thesis by charging hefty  fee from their clients who were not required to attend universities. In depth investigation will reveal this clandestine business which is rampanant since decades This plague is going to eat the very vitals of education.

DEMOLITION OF ADARSH HOUSING FLATS,MUMBAI,INDIA

For the First time in the history of governance, the Union Government of India has demonstrated courage to take an action which will go down as a record to teach the looters of 31 apartment in ,Mumbai  a fitting lesson to all those involved: the builders, the government officers ,politicians ,the defence personnel etc.

The demolition was the only option plausible in a situation prevailing in this country .Cheers to The Environment Ministry Headed by Jai Ram Ramesh. Illegally unabated constructed high rising buildings are eating the spirit of our Democracy. We started feeling helpless. Increase of petrol prices twice in a month, soaring prices of eatables  ,unearthing of grave yards of corruptions , and failure of Government-States and Union as mute spectator on these issues sent shivers to every right thinking citizens spines .

 There is need to initiate campaign  to demolish the encroached structures spreading like wild fire in all cities and towns .The elected representative are busy in consolidating their vote banks. The office and officers concerned are the tools being used by them.

This drastic step will pave ways for revival of our loosing trust in governance and judiciary. Let the latter read the pulse of people. Do not allow this country to become Tunisia.

 Mohammad Ali Jena founder   father of Pakistan fought for carving out the state for the sake of Muslims identity and now everyone including those supporting his doctrine can see from their necked eyes that the dream has not only eluded them since its formation but  there is assassination of identity within identify in the country.
