The throne they got will hardly bring cheers to them due the worst administration and justice in the state. Mulayam and his team in their impractical allurement during their election campaign such as distribution of computers (Lap Tops) to unemployed teenagers and deposit of Rs.15000.00 in the account of married daughters of the state will require several thousand budgets. Right now it seems lopsided and ridiculous proposal .In what form and way these offers are going to be effected. Will this offer financial relief to the recipients? .It is indeed populist scheme without merit borrowed from the Tamilnadu government. Will this scheme really bring self-reliant generation or it is the mid day meal to the hungry ones.

Crores of them live in villages who have yet to taste the viewing of Television transmission. The villages do not get electricity for several hours and days. I visited my native village only three kms.away from the city, in the first week of February 2012. The scheduled electricity programme was from 9.00 pm to 5.00 in the morning available with the zero voltage, insignificant for domestic or agricultural use. The next three days, there was no current. There was no clue of local lineman to restore the same. The line was damaged by the local goons who never wanted the facility to be used by some of the co- farmers. It was also stated that the department had not collected the fixed electricity bill for the last two and half years from the users. One can guess the outcome of this administrative mess. The villagers still live in middle age.

 I was also sad to experience the Uttar Pradesh Road Ways administration. Travelling by the Government as well as hired buses that were converted from original 30 sitting capacity buses in to 60 numbers was terrible. It was impossible to adjust the knees within the space left between the two seats. It was a gruelling travel. The pregnant ladies, handicaps and  senior citizens had to cover their journey on standing on their tired feet. The buses were huddled with the passengers. Neither Maya nor Mulayam could think of such small welfare measures. The farmers in crores are given exemption to pay the revenues for the past many decades. One hears every year their loans are waved off .The result of ongoing pampering of the agriculturists will be seen soon. Are we producing a class of citizen with no responsibility towards this country? Give and take policy is disappearing. Now it is the turn of distribution of laptops.

We hear and experience adulterated milk, mawa,sweats etc.Let Mr.Mulayam and his team at least ensure that one litre of milk is not mix with hundred litres of contaminated water .It was his regime that high school and intermediate examinees of Uttar Pradesh were given open freedom to copy in their exam. The allegation of Goondaism was order of the during his rule. All and sundry(mostly men of his clan acted as self appointed IGs andDIGs and police force as if It is in their gene. It will erupt as and when the impression of leniency is demonstrated by the ruling class. If they want  to infuse good policing in administration, appoint, promote and post  the officers drawn from  other communities. Showing your trust in your community and cast will leave you us nowhere.
