The developmental schemes are not allowed to be initiated first and if begun are destroyed. The deceased Mahendra Karma,a senior Congress Leader and founder of Salwa Judum and his supporters were justified to counter them in their fashion.

There are never short and soft cuts to fight terrors of this nature. If not fought with firm hands it will continue to suck the blood, occupy their territory ,usurp  toil, and culture of these advisees. No outsider will come to their rescue. If the Indian forces have will to flush them, they can do it but in a situation like this how difficult will it be for them to segregate the suppressed from the infiltrators. The gun totting Naxals must be dealt with bullets only. This is not possible without the cooperation and courage of Advisees.
